My skillset is versatile, and my work includes written media and prose, research and administrative experience, and everything from scripts to memo writing, articles and everything in between. Examples include:
Researched videos for pop-culture sources, such as the adjoining as presented by Channel Frederator. In the late-2010's I researched and penned several of these videos, and this skillset includes information and news videos, but can also include editorial videos or video-based narrative explanations / analysis.
As also seen on my bio page, "Whatcha See Is Whatcha Get:" named and set to the song of the same name by The Dramatics (Stax Records) is an example of writing, choreography and directing done within and around my community. A mix between a music video and a musical number, this skit seeks to visualize classic R&B.
Research and podcast for pop culture. The upper sound file is a personal podcast, in which I researched the lore history of the classic Dragon Ball, in order to make conclusions about the potential future of the popular video game adaptation Dragonball FighterZ.
However, it is only in personal work that my potential for hosting and delivery shines. As recently as this year, I appeared an episode of the comic book news podcast The Marvelists, as a guest star on the topic of the recent series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
The Seminars for Better Heroing! A superheroic visual novel written, storyboarded and directed by myself, and brought to life with the art and editing of artists Matthew Mahoney and Jason Ho. Also hosted on my Youtube channel - Animated Minds for Animated Times - currently in the process of being retooled as an animated series!
And in addition, here is a brief portfolio for your perusal, incorporating various elements of my writing (just follow the hyperlink)- including excerpts from a sample hour length tv spec script for CW's "The Flash," half-hour length spec for Disney's "Ducktales", film review and analysis, and even a piece of a feature that I currently have in rotation for contests.
And that's hardly all. Even more references, samples and lengthy yarns about my many experiences to be had if contacted!
